Returns & Refunds
Fragrance is personal, so we keep this simple and fair. If something's wrong with your bottle, the house makes it right.
Damaged, leaking or wrong item
If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong perfume, we'll replace it free of charge — no questions asked. Please tell us within 7 days of delivery and share a photo of the item and packaging so we can raise a replacement quickly.
How to raise a request

- Or email info@zeeveraperfumes.com.
- Attach a clear photo of the product and the outer packaging.
Hygiene & opened products
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned unless they were defective or damaged on arrival. A fragrance not being to your taste is not a defect — but do reach out, and we'll always try to help you find the world that fits.
Refunds
Since orders are Cash on Delivery, there is usually nothing to refund — for eligible issues we send a replacement. If a paid order (once online payment launches) qualifies for a refund, it is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Order cancellation
Need to cancel? Message us before the order is dispatched (within a few hours of placing it) and we'll cancel it at no cost. Once shipped, an order can't be cancelled, but you can simply decline the COD parcel at your door.
