Where we deliver
We ship pan-India to every serviceable PIN code through trusted courier partners. If your area is remote and a courier can't reach it, we'll call you and sort out an alternative.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on every order — no minimum, no surprises at checkout. There is no Cash on Delivery fee either.
Dispatch & delivery time
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Metro cities: typically 2–5 days.
- Rest of India: up to 7 days.
- Every order ships with a tracking number so you can follow it any time.
Cash on Delivery
All orders are Cash on Delivery — you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Nothing is charged in advance. Please keep the exact amount ready to help our delivery partner.
Tracking your order
Use your order number (ZV-…) and the mobile number you ordered with on our order tracking page. You'll see live status from confirmed to delivered.
Delays & failed delivery
